The approach I use is versatile and not limited to treating debilitating emotional disorders. Because of my focus on increased awareness of triggers and the prevention of relapse, my approach is well-suited to address habit-change and self-management goals:
  • losing weight by using my comprehensive FoodThink approach, developed over years of helping clients to shift longstanding eating patterns to create lasting change. Individual sessions, FoodThink Workshops, and workplace presentations are available.

  • better managing their medical and pain conditions such as asthma, diabetes, IBS, and migraine

  • working on their career or small business by providing structure and accountability for self-employed people to meet goals and face obstacles along the way

  • improving time management and organization by helping them to put new structures in place, and adopt and maintain the habits that afford a better sense of order and effectiveness in daily life

  • increasing assertiveness by raising awareness of their interaction patterns, and developing a new set of skills and response options

  • building skills in managing difficult relationships by collaborating to set realistic expectations, work on maintaining good boundaries, and improve interaction sequences.
